Gallagher Energizer Question
We have a Gallagher MR2500 that's been giving great service, but now it is giving a couple of pulses and the (normally green) indicator light flashes yellow/red, yellow/red and no pulse for a few cycles, then a few normal pulses (green light)
it's like it's trying to tell me a fault code?
the remote works, while the light is on green, but not when it is on the red/yellow, and the problem persists even if I disconnect the leadout wire. Have played with the small switches to enable/disable the remote as I thought it may be RFI
At times it will give normal service for several minutes if I turn it off, turn it on again... other times not
Are there any experts on these chargers out there, I assume it has just come to the end of its working life, but would love to have it as a spare.

Beginner and budget friendly solar charger
Need some help...looking for a beginner and budget friendly solar charger or two. One need is to run two strands (6 inch and 4 foot) down an existing fence line , 990 feet. I'm thinking of using the bright yellow coated wires because one side will be on my neighbor's side and I don't want them forgetting it's there. I don't have a connecting fence on two sides of the property yet so I'll need 2 different chargers that will do 990 feet. I also want a solar powered one to power 2 lines around an existing pen, about 250 feet of fence. I'm concerned about the panther , coyote, and bobcat that have been seen in the area. What size do I need?

Gallagher Tumble Wheels - Rolling Electric-Fence Posts are used primarily in rotational grazing, the New Zealand-made TumbleWheel Rolling Electric-Fence Posts, which look like the spokes of a wheel with electric wire running through the center hub, allow one to relocate an entire fence line without having to turn off the power, pull out/move/re-sink the posts, then turn the power back on.Â
The hubs maintain the power while the fence is being moved; the 30-inch-long ‘spokes’ remain live, except for two that are on the ground; and the wheels are held upright via tension of the wire passing through the hubs. Â
When just one or both ends of the fence are moved, all the wheels roll along. Ten TumbleWheels, which are lightweight and non-corrosive, will accommodate 660 feet of fence line.
